AI Solutions
Practical AI that saves time and improves customer service.
AI is worth using where it removes a specific, repeating chore, and worth leaving out everywhere else. We are only interested in the first case.
AI assistants and AI chat handle the questions you answer constantly: opening hours, what a service includes, whether you cover a particular area, what happens next. Lead qualification separates genuine inquiries from noise before they reach you, asking the handful of questions that decide whether something is worth your time. Document processing reads what arrives — invoices, forms, reports — and pulls out the fields that matter instead of someone rekeying them.
Where a workflow is particular to your business, we build custom AI tools around it and connect them through AI automation to the systems you already run. The test is always the same: does this hand somebody back their afternoon?
Demand for this work is not a forecast — it already moved. In 2022 half of organizations reported using AI in at least one business function, and that share had been flat for three years. By 2025 it was 88 per cent. The jump came after generative tools made the technology usable without a data science team, which is the same reason it is now within reach for a small business rather than only an enterprise.
The gap worth noticing is between adoption and results: most organizations that report using AI still cannot point to a measurable effect on profit. That is usually a scoping problem rather than a technology one. We start from the jobs that repeat in your business, automate those, and leave the rest alone.
